We are currently able to help people in New York and Florida as Dr. Myers is licensed in these states.

Without insurance constraints, we can offer longer appointments, same-day or next-day visits, and direct communication via phone, text, or email. This fosters stronger doctor-patient relationships and more personalized care.

Insurance companies often dictate what care is covered, what tests or medications are approved, and set reimbursement rates that may not align with Dr. Myers’ recommendations.

We do not accept insurance so that we can provide simpler, more personalized, and accessible care.

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), you may be able to use them to pay for your membership.

How It Works:
  • HSA: Eligible for memberships used for ongoing migraine management.
  • FSA: May require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your provider.
  • HRA: Check with your employer for eligibility.

  • Everything in Basic plan
  • 3 follow-ups/quarter
  • Priority booking (within 24-48h)

* Late fees apply after 15th of the month. Membership may be canceled after 30 days of non-payment.

We will open our Rochester, NY practice in late 2025. Members will receive discounted pricing on procedures such as nerve blocks and headache infusions.

We use Hint Health (HIPAA compliant) for managing accounts and messaging. For calls and texts, we use Spruce.

You may cancel at any time. If paid in advance, a prorated refund is issued unless all included visits have been used. In that case, billing continues until the end of the quarter.
